User Data Deletion — V Workforce

You can request deletion of all data V Workforce holds about you in three ways. Pick whichever is easiest.

Option 1 — In-chat (instant)

On the messaging surface where you talk to V Workforce (WhatsApp AID Japan or LINE @433fxwqh), send the message:

delete my data

The bot replies with a confirmation prompt; tap "Yes, delete" and within ~10 seconds we purge:

• Your session record (your active persona, conversation context)
• Any Google OAuth refresh token you authorised (so Iris loses inbox + calendar access)
• Hashed audit log entries tied to your user id
• Stripe subscription metadata (the Stripe customer record itself you can delete via the customer portal we link to)

Option 2 — Email request

Email caesarniseko@gmail.com with the subject "V Workforce Data Deletion Request" and your messaging-platform identifier (WhatsApp number or LINE display name). We confirm receipt within 24h and complete deletion within 30 days, per GDPR / APPI / CCPA standards.

Option 3 — Meta callback (Facebook Login users)

If you reached V Workforce through Facebook Login, you can trigger deletion via Meta:

Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → V Workforce → Remove. Meta then POSTs a signed deletion callback to our endpoint at POST /data-deletion, and we purge the same data set as Option 1.

What gets deleted

• All hashed-user identifiers
• All Google OAuth tokens (you keep the right to revoke separately at myaccount.google.com/permissions)
• All session state (active persona, conversation context, worker-mode flags)
• All audit log entries within 30 days; older entries are auto-purged anyway

What we don't delete (and why)

• Stripe billing records: kept per Stripe's policy (typically 7 years for tax compliance). You can request Stripe-side deletion via Stripe's data-rights flow.
• Aggregated, fully-anonymised metrics (e.g. "Alex processed N receipts last month"): no personal identifiers, retained indefinitely.

Confirmation

After deletion completes we email you a confirmation with the timestamp. Reply to that email if any record is missed and we'll re-purge.
