Terms of Service — V Workforce

By interacting with V Workforce — through WhatsApp (AID Japan), LINE (@433fxwqh), or our web surface — you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

V Workforce delivers AI-assistant workers ("personas") that help small businesses with calendar scheduling, telemetry, sales communications, accounting, contracts, and lead generation. The Service is provided as-is, with reasonable-effort uptime.

2. Permitted use

• Personal or business use of the conversational interface
• Connecting your Google, Stripe, or other authorised accounts to enable persona-specific features
• Subscribing to paid personas via Stripe

3. Prohibited use

• Sending spam, malware, illegal content, or content that violates Meta's WhatsApp / LINE platform policies
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Using the Service to impersonate others or commit fraud

4. Billing

Paid personas bill monthly via Stripe. Cancel at any time through the Manage subscription link delivered in chat — cancellation is immediate; access continues to the end of the current paid period.

5. Liability

V Workforce provides AI-generated responses and integrations on a best-effort basis. We do not warrant that the AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You retain responsibility for verifying critical actions (e.g. journal entries posted to QuickBooks, contracts sent via DocuSign, calendar invites sent via Google).

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend access for violations of section 3 with no obligation to refund unused portions of paid subscriptions.

7. Governing law

Japan, Hokkaido. Disputes will be resolved in Niseko's jurisdiction.
