Drafts NDAs and agreements, flags legal risks, and sends for e-signature.
DocuSign runs in sandbox/demo mode — real envelope API, no live signing partner.

What he does
Ken is your contracts paralegal. He drafts NDAs and agreements, packages them as a DocuSign envelope, and — importantly — flags legal risks on his own. When Maya closes a deal, Ken picks it up automatically with the counterparty and reference already filled in.
How to start
Type “talk to ken”, or arrive via a signed deal from Maya.
Tap “Draft contract / NDA”.
Example
Draft NDA → a 10-clause, 12-month mutual NDA under the chosen governing law, packaged as a DocuSign envelope.
Ken flags risks himself — e.g. “governing law is New York, but one party is Japan-based; confirm.”

Note
Always review a contract before sending for signature. Ken drafts and flags, but you approve.
